Cyrano: Waiting in the Wings of Children's Memorial Hospital
As will be seen in the hallways of the new Children's Memorial Hospital, in Chicago

Cyrano's latest high flying adventure was posing for artwork which will soon hang in the new Chicago Children's Memorial Hospital, scheduled to open in 2012.

The Parrot's Perch was contacted by professional photographer Larry Walker, who was hired by the hospital to take photographs. Each floor of the hospital will feature a different animal.

Cyrano traveled to the photographer's studio in downtown Chicago. Mr. Walker took hundreds of pictures; all were taken on a white background. Eventually, an enhanced background will be digitally added.

Over the years, Cyrano has participated in the Oak Lawn Pet Parade, educational seminars, and loves to go on vacation to his friend's lakeside cottage.
